Standard and expedited orders will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will not be processed for shipping until the following business day.
Standard Shipping, $3.00 flat rate for domestic and $10 for international orders.
Standard Domestic Shipping delivery typically occurs between 3–5 days after your order is processed and will arrive via USPS.
The Purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain that the shipping address is correct BEFORE finalizing the order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your order directly from a third party shipping carrier.
We typically ship Monday-Saturday with a goal of processing orders within 48-72 hours EXCEPT on holidays and Sundays. Orders submitted on holidays and weekends will be processed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
We will except returns within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include proof of purchase with all returns. We love to ensure 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at email@example.com. Please arrange return with the carrier, who will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
